You will craft interactive content with Articulate Storyline and Rise, apply adult learning principles, and collaborate with SMEs to deliver accessible, branded training.

Hybrid schedule (onsite in San Jose, CA) and a fast-paced environment require strong project management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of instructional design, e-learning development, or corporate training experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Articulate Storyline and/or Rise.
• Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Experience developing interactive e-learning and virtual instructor‑led training materials.
• Strong visual design, creativity, and learner engagement skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, and Windows-based environments.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging e-learning courses, virtual instructor‑led training (VILT), job aids, and other learning materials.
• Create interactive learning experiences using Articulate Storyline and/or Rise.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to training content.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop learning solutions.
• Develop creative, visually engaging activities for virtual training environments.
• Upload, test, and maintain training content within a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Ensure training materials meet branding, accessibility, and quality standards.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback to continuously improve learning content.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline content development and enhance learning experiences when appropriate.
