Mercer, a Marsh business, seeks an Institutional Investment Consulting Associate to join our Wealth team. This hybrid role can be based in Chicago, Columbus, Dallas, Denver, Irvine, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Phoenix, Pittsburgh, San Francisco, Seattle, Southfield, or St.

Louis, with a minimum of three in-office days per week. You will support investment advice for institutional clients, coordinate projects, analyze performance, and collaborate with investment managers and custodians to deliver

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business or investment-related courses.
• 2-5 years of investment experience.
• Actively pursuing or willing to obtain CFA/CAIA/CIMA/CIPM designation.
• Knowledge of performance calculations, risk metrics, and portfolio construction.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and collaborative in a team environment.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic setting.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Examine and monitor developments at investment management firms and communicate updates to clients.
• Manage projects with timely, high-quality client deliverables; delegate to analysts and ensure peer review.
• Support AI and technology-enabled tools usage in analysis.
• Produce detailed client reports from investment data and performance analysis.
• Liaise with investment managers and custodians to gather client data.
• Support investment manager searches, structure reviews, mutual fund selection, and asset allocation studies.
• Participate in quarterly or ad-hoc client meetings.
• Analyze and edit investment policy statements and conduct portfolio analysis.
