Job summary

Marsh (NYSE: MRSH) seeks an Institutional Investment Consulting Associate for its Mercer Wealth team. This hybrid role is based in multiple U.S. offices, including Pittsburgh, with at least three days in the office weekly to support institutional clients.

You will assist in investment advice, monitor managers, prepare detailed client reports, and help manage relationships. Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of experience required; CFA/CAIA/CIMA/CIPM designation encouraged.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of investment experience.
• Actively pursuing or willing to obtain the CFA, CAIA, CIMA, or CIPM designation.
• Knowledge of performance calculations, risk metrics, and portfolio construction.

Responsibilities

• Examine and monitor developments at investment management firms and communicate updates to clients.
• Manage projects with timely, high-quality client deliverables, delegate to analysts, and ensure peer review.

• Produce accurate client reports through analysis of investment data and performance.
• Liaise with investment managers and custodians for client data and reporting.
• Support investment manager searches, structure reviews, and asset allocation studies.
• Participate in quarterly or ad-hoc client meetings.
• Analyze and edit investment policy statements and conduct portfolio analysis.
