Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business-related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' industry experience servicing nonprofit/endowment/foundation clients in an administrative or service role.
• Strong client service, communication, and problem-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Institutional Advisors and Regional Consultants; manage an assigned portfolio of institutional accounts.
• Understand trust and custody products; assist with onboarding, asset collection, and client file maintenance.
• Process daily cash transactions including wires, checks, and cash movements.
• Review cash reports; prepare reports and documentation for projects.
• Build relationships with clients and external service providers; coordinate with consultants and RIAs.
• Interpret trust and custody agreements for administrative purposes; ensure regulatory compliance.
