Job summary

MathWorks is hiring for an Installation and Licensing Technician within a hybrid work environment. You will support customers on installation and licensing across Windows, MacOS, and Linux, using phone, email, and web.

Training is provided to expand your skills and prepare for future growth within MathWorks. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, configurations on cloud platforms, CI servers, Docker, and compute clusters, plus collaborating on cross-functional projects to drive process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of professional work experience or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time without restriction; visa sponsorship will not be provided.
• Degree focused in Computer Science, Information Technology, or STEM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for installation and licensing across Windows, MacOS, and Linux.
• Troubleshoot customer issues via phone, email, and web; engage with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Participate in projects and cross-functional teams to improve processes and policies.
