Precision is seeking a data & analytics professional to translate social listening, reputation monitoring, and AI-powered analysis into client strategy from our DC/NY offices. You will manage multiple workstreams, synthesize insights, and deliver actionable recommendations for high-profile campaigns.

Ideal candidates have 1–6+ years in relevant fields, experience with Brandwatch/Meltwater/Sprinklr, and strong written/verbal communication.

Competenze

• 1-6+ years in social listening, digital intelligence, market research, polling, or related fields.
• Hands-on with social/digital listening platforms and turning data into strategic recommendations.
• Experience with primary research methods (surveys, focus groups, interviews) is a plus.
• Familiarity with GEO and AI-driven discovery affecting reputation.
• Experience mentoring junior staff.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; meticulous attention to detail.
• Creative, energetic, entrepreneurial spirit; Spanish a plus.

• Mentor junior staff and share knowledge across the team.
