Banner Life Insurance Company is seeking an Inside Sales Representative, Direct-to-Consumer, to drive term life sales through consultative, needs-based conversations with customers in a fast-paced tele-sales environment. The role reports to the Sr.

Manager, Direct-to-Consumer Sales, and offers a hybrid work model with in-office days in Frederick, MD, a base salary of 40,000 plus uncapped commissions, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of contact center sales experience.
• Experience in selling life insurance products is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and outbound leads to sell term life insurance.
• Source referrals from clients and insureds.
• Meet sales and premium targets with weekly, monthly and annual cadence.
• Maintain licensing and compliance in a regulated environment.
• Complete applications and collect health and financial information for quotes.
• Maintain client records in Salesforce.
• Present needs-based analysis and recommend coverage.
• Collaborate in a hybrid in-office/remote sales environment.
• Ensure quality standards and compliance.
