Job summary

TEKsystems seeks an Account Representative to schedule in-home demonstrations and drive direct-to-consumer sales. You will source and follow up on leads, develop product knowledge, and communicate confidently with customers, installers, and operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating across functions to schedule nationwide appointments, using CRM to track progress, and meeting performance metrics. Hybrid work in Grand Prairie, TX with structured training in-office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year collections/sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Windows-based applications.
• Familiarity with Zoom or teleconference equipment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
• Follow approved scripts to set accurate, complete appointments.
• Listen for readiness and qualifying indicators to ensure good fit.
• Document customer details and outcomes in the CRM system.
