Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an Appointment Setter / Account Representative to join a growing team in Grand Prairie, TX. You will handle incoming and outgoing calls, qualify leads, and schedule appointments while delivering excellent service without cold calling. This is a contract-to-hire role with a hybrid work setup.

Expect a pay rate of $19 per hour plus uncapped bonuses. The schedule is full-time with weekday evening shifts and one weekend day, and two weeks of onsite training.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales, collections, retail, customer service, or call center experience preferred.
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency.
