Job summary

NPHire is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide adult outpatient/inpatient care for substance use disorders and severe depression in a hybrid arrangement in Vermont. The role requires 20 total hours per month, including one on-site 8-hour day monthly and 12 hours remotely, with monthly comprehensive medication reviews and treatment plan assessments.

The clinician will join an interdisciplinary care team to ensure continuity of care, optimize patient outcomes, and support a census

Qualifications

• Must hold an active NP license with psychiatric certification.
• Prescriptive authority required in Vermont.
• Experience with adults with substance use disorders and mood disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care for adults with substance use disorders, failure to thrive, and severe depression in a hybrid work environment.
• Total of 20 hours per month with one 8-hour on-site day and 12 hours remote.
• Conduct monthly in-person medication reviews and treatment plan assessments.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
