Job summary

Local Infusion is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient infusion center. The role is remote + part-time now, with potential for onsite infusion and a hybrid schedule in the future. The NP will provide infusion services and clinical oversight to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

Candidates should hold an active PA license with at least 1 year post-graduate experience, and 2 years in outpatient or infusion settings. NJ/PA licensure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in PA (NJ a plus).
• Minimum 1 year post-graduate clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient or infusion-based care.
• Strong clinical judgment; IV therapy experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver infusions or injections in accordance with prescribed protocols and guidelines.
• Communicate with patients across all aspects of their care (scheduling, symptoms, inquiries).
• Coordinate with referring/prescribing providers to ensure effective care delivery.
• Resolve clinical escalations per policies and procedures.
• Prescribe select medications per patient needs and protocols.
• Order and maintain medical inventory and supplies.
