Job summary

VIVO Infusion is seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner to oversee infusion care across multiple Fort Worth area clinics. The role combines clinical oversight with telehealth coordination and patient care plan development.

The Advanced Practitioner will ensure regulatory compliance while delivering compassionate, high-quality care in a flexible hybrid schedule. This position reports to the Clinical Operations Manager and requires strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Family Nurse Practitioner in the state where service is provided.
• Must hold a current DEA license.
• ONCC/CRNI certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee infusion care provided by nurses in ambulatory infusion centers.
• Create and maintain individualized care plans for referred patients.
• Serve as clinical liaison between referring physicians and the infusion center.
• Ensure care complies with State and Federal regulations and company policies.
• Document infusion orders and patient notes in the EMR.
• Promote infection control guidelines and HIPAA compliance.
