Third Federal is seeking a skilled Infrastructure Systems Administrator to design, implement, and manage Windows and Linux server environments in a hybrid Cleveland-based role. You will maintain Active Directory/Entra ID, VMware, Exchange, and related infrastructure services while delivering reliable 24/7 support.

The role emphasizes collaboration, on-call rotation, and ongoing upgrades; candidates should have 4+ years Windows AD, 3+ years VMware, 2+ years Linux, PowerShell, and strong customer

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing, implementing, and maintaining Windows server environments with AD/Entra ID.
• 3+ years managing VMware environments, SAN, and backup technologies.
• 2+ years of enterprise Linux experience.
• Experience with TCP/IP and LAN/WAN routing and switching.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and maintain Windows operating systems and services (DNS, DHCP, GPO, PKI, IIS, AD).
• Support and maintain VMware computing environment.
• Maintain storage technologies and Exchange server environment.
• Contribute to Linux administration team.
• Apply cloud, security, and compliance knowledge (Microsoft/AWS).
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across support tiers and participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to optimize performance.
