Qualifications

• Experience coordinating intake, scope and requirements across multiple teams.
• Ability to gather and analyze financial information for project planning and budgeting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple work requests, meetings and documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication with business partners and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business partners to intake new work requests and document project requirements.
• Develop early project scope, assumptions, and planning details for intake and development.
• Coordinate preliminary estimates from engineers or tech teams and resolve gaps.
• Maintain labor planning, contingency planning, and financial planning information.
• Create JIRA Epics and Features and route work to regional teams when ready for execution.
• Use P6 schedules to verify accounting information and align with timelines.
• Attend and participate in frequent meetings with stakeholders to update decisions and action items.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and handoff information in systems.
