Job summary

Latham & Watkins is hiring an Infrastructure Operations Engineer in Las Vegas to implement, maintain, and support server and storage systems. This role involves troubleshooting incidents and monitoring system performance, ensuring reliability across the firm’s global technology platform.

With a minimum of seven years of related experience and a bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, candidates will also benefit from a flexible work schedule and competitive remuneration within the pay range of USD $145,000.00 - USD $160,000.00 annually.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate good knowledge of ITIL, ITSM, Problem Management, Service Management and Change Management frameworks.
• Possess the analytical skills needed to troubleshoot a variety of symptoms and diagnose problems.
• Exhibit well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people at various organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting complex infrastructure incidents and service requests.
• Monitoring the health, performance, and capacity of infrastructure systems.
• Supporting infrastructure lifecycle management, including hardware and software refreshes.
