Job summary
DLA Piper is seeking an experienced infrastructure engineer to build, manage, monitor, and operate the firm’s infrastructure systems and environments across global locations. You will ensure security, disaster recovery, and business continuity for critical applications, with on-call rotation and hands-on configuration.
The role requires senior technical skills, strong scripting, and deep knowledge of identity, networking, and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Builds, manages, monitors, secures and operates the firm’s infrastructure systems and environments.
- Ensures availability of systems including global integration points and Cloud systems.
- Performs hands-on configuration and maintains system documentation.
- Leads disaster recovery planning, testing and validation.
- Participates in vendor relationships and on-call rotation.
- Performs daily monitoring and maintenance to ensure high availability and performance.
- Identifies improvements, capacity changes and upgrades.
- Resolves escalated cases and conducts root-cause analysis.
