Job summary

AgUpdate in Pittsburgh seeks an Information Security Analyst to support and maintain the Bank’s security infrastructure, including IDS/IPS, content filtering, SIEM, EDR, and vulnerability assessment.

The role requires knowledge of networking hardware/software, OS, protocols, and security. An Associate and/or B.S. in relevant fields is preferred, with industry certs such as Network+/Security+ highly valued. Hybrid work is considered.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Information Technology/Information Security or equivalent experience.
• Two years’ related experience in information security or networking.
• CompTia Network+ and Security+ certifications are strongly preferred; relevant certifications beneficial but not required.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to lift items weighing 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the Bank’s network and security infrastructure.
• Monitor intrusion detection, prevention and content filtering systems.
• Manage SIEM and event management, antivirus/EDR, and vulnerability assessment.
• Assist with threat hunting and threat intelligence activities.
