This hybrid, NYC-based position offers a salary range of $77K to $98K, a discretionary bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. At least 3–4 years in a law firm or records environment is expected.

Qualifications

• The Information Governance Specialist must have at least 3-4 years' of law firm or records experience.
• Must be highly organized and have the ability to multi-task.
• Must possess an excellent customer service attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manages digital data intake, retention, transfer and disposition in iManage, network shares and cloud platforms.
• Supports attorney onboarding/departures and collaborates with Records and Information Governance Manager.
• Transfers electronic client matter files to external parties per procedures.
• Assists in establishing policies for data on network shares aligned with firm policies.
• Assists with administration of Firm collaboration and file sharing tools.
• Maintains confidentiality of client and Firm information and promotes operational efficiency.
