Job summary

Vedder is seeking an Information Governance System Analyst to join either the New York or Chicago office. The role focuses on data integrity, processing, and operational support of enterprise platforms, with emphasis on iManage and related systems.

You will classify, validate, and move legal data and contribute to data warehouse development and reporting. Responsibilities include data governance, system support, automation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Information Governance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience supporting document management systems (preferably iManage).
• Experience with structured data, databases, and data governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and organize data from multiple sources to support matter-centric data management.
• Classify, normalize, and prepare data for disposition based on matter status.
• Support data integrity and remediation of inconsistent or duplicate data across repositories.
