The Children's Institute of Pittsburgh seeks a Caseworker (In-Home Family Specialist) to support families in Butler, PA with a hybrid schedule, including evenings and weekends. You will assess needs, create service plans, and connect families with essential resources to promote child safety and permanent, nurturing homes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field, at least one year in Child Welfare, clearances, and a valid driver's license.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or relevant Human Service field.
• Minimum of one year experience working in Child Welfare.
• Act 33/34 Clearances and FBI Clearance.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Assess client needs using formal and informal evaluations and client preferences.
• Develop and implement individual service plans focused on parenting skills and community resources.
• Provide parent education using the Incredible Years curriculum as needed.
• Coordinate access to community resources and transport clients to appointments.
• Document all required information accurately in electronic health records.
