Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing onboarding role using proven implementation or project management methodologies.
• Proven understanding of best practices in project lifecycle methodology and project management principles.
• PMP preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Leads multiple implementations, varying in scope and size.
• Provides subject matter expertise for implementations directly to clients.
• Coordinates and conducts task request submissions.
