Qualifications

• J.D. Degree from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of employment-based nonimmigrant matters, including H-1B, L-1, E-1/E-2, O-1, P, and TN classifications.
• Handle employment-based immigrant petitions, including PERM labor certifications, EB-1 multinational manager/executive petitions, outstanding professor/researcher petitions, extraordinary ability petitions, and National Interest Waivers.
• Represent clients in family-based immigration matters, adjustment of status, consular processing, and naturalization applications.
• Develop case strategies, prepare persuasive legal arguments, and draft complex petitions, supporting briefs, and responses to RFEs and NOIDs.
• Research and analyze immigration statutes, regulations, agency guidance, and relevant legal developments.
• Communicate directly with corporate and individual clients regarding case strategy, documentation, processing developments, and potential risks.
• Collaborate with and supervise paralegals and legal assistants to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient case preparation.
• Monitor changes in immigration law and policy and assess their impact on clients and pending matters.
