Job summary
Tailored Management seeks an Identity Operations Engineer to manage IAM workflows in a hybrid Seattle environment. You will handle JML lifecycle, access provisioning, and governance using SailPoint ISC and Microsoft Entra ID while collaborating with HR, ITSM, and security teams.
The role emphasizes automation with PowerShell, Graph, Python, and APIs, plus incident response and compliance support in a 6-month contract. Hybrid 4 onsite/1 remote per week.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in IAM operations or security engineering with JML lifecycle experience.
- Hands-on Entra ID administration including PIM and governance.
- Experience with SailPoint ISC or similar IGA platform and provisioning troubleshooting.
- Strong scripting in PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
- Familiar with SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SCIM.
Responsibilities
- Manage JML requests through ITSM with SLAs, including provisioning and deprovisioning.
- Operate SailPoint ISC and Entra ID environments for access, provisioning, and audits.
- Troubleshoot HR-to-identity provisioning and AD synchronization issues.
- Develop automation with PowerShell, Graph, Python, and APIs.
- Support incident response and after-hours escalation as needed.
