Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or Information Security or equivalent.
• CISM certification required within 1 year.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience in financial services.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation around Identity Governance to support external audits and governance controls.
• Drive cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead risk assessments and audits to identify threats and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Enterprise Risk teams on cybersecurity initiatives.
• Monitor program effectiveness using KPIs and metrics.
• Stay informed on cybersecurity trends and regulatory updates.
• Support relationships with external auditors and regulators.
