Spire is seeking an experienced Identity & Access Administrator to join the Saint Louis team. The role will configure and enforce access controls for incoming and departing employees and third-party users, and perform audits to uphold security policies.

You will lead provisioning, reviews, and documentation efforts, collaborating with IT and business units to minimize security risks and ensure timely access support. Hybrid work on a local basis with travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years' experience in security administration or user provisioning
• Strong experience with Active Directory and group policy
• Experience with Privileged Access Management and IAM solutions
• PowerShell experience with AD and Azure

Aufgaben

• Provision user access to systems, applications and network connections
• Defines and implements user roles, attributes, and business rules for provisioning and de-provisioning employees, contractors, system/service and vendor accounts
• Performs monthly and annual access control reviews and supports IT audits including SOX
• Advises management on information security policies, standards and security risks
• Maintains documentation of Identity Management needs, workflows, and procedures
• Identifies outdated access control protocols and recommends modernization and IAM enhancements
