Job summary

My3tech is seeking an IT Consultant to design, develop, and support enterprise workflows on IBM BAW and FileNet, spanning document management and case management solutions. You will enhance integrations, develop REST/SOAP services, and ensure reliability across complex systems.

The role requires hands-on experience with Java/J2EE, Kofax Capture, and FileNet, with leadership in modernization efforts and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent IT experience.
• 5+ years in enterprise app development and system integration.
• Hands-on IBM BAW, FileNet, Java/J2EE, and Kofax Capture experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise workflows using IBM BAW.
• Support and enhance InfoMAP enterprise case management and content management workflows.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot IBM FileNet applications including Content Engine and document repositories.
• Create integrations between IBM BAW, FileNet, Java apps, and other enterprise systems.
• Support IBM Case Manager and IBM Content Navigator including customizations and integrations.
• Develop and maintain Java/J2EE applications, web services, APIs, and backend components.
• Troubleshoot Kofax Capture applications including scanning, OCR, indexing, and batch processing.
• Investigate defects, workflow failures, and performance issues; optimize architectures.
