Robotics Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced IT Administrator to manage Microsoft Active Directory across a multi-site environment. The role involves handling accounts, permissions, and access, resolving incidents via ServiceNow, and supporting security policy implementation. Hybrid position with occasional onsite reporting.

Candidates must reside in the United States. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong customer service, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently on

Formación

• 3+ years in Active Directory administration.
• Hands-on AD in multi-site, multi-domain environments.
• Experience integrating multiple technologies to resolve complex issues.
• Familiar with organizational security measures and IT security practices.
• Strong client relationships and customer service skills.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and manage Active Directory accounts, properties, permissions, and access.
• Create and modify accounts for employees.
• Troubleshoot user accounts, data access, and application access issues.
• Analyze and resolve technical problems using advanced troubleshooting.
• Log, track, and resolve incidents using ServiceNow.
• Document solutions and maintain operational documentation.
• Provide weekly status updates to management on incidents and projects.
• Support security policies and standards implementation.
• Protect systems and data from unauthorized access.
• Lead project activities and coordinate team efforts.
