Job summary

WEC Energy Group, through its WBS subsidiary, seeks an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Security Engineer. This role supports hybrid work (remote/on-site) in Milwaukee, Green Bay, or Chicago, focusing on IAM lifecycle, governance, and PAM/PIM workstreams.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in cybersecurity with IAM experience and strong collaboration skills to partner with cross-functional teams across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• IAM-related security engineering experience and IAM lifecycle skills preferred.
• 2+ years in cybersecurity with IAM experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and deploy IAM solutions for lifecycle management and SSO.
• Experience with Windows, UNIX/Linux, IIS, databases, and authentication products.
• Troubleshoot password rotation, onboarding, and AD/LDAP integrations; SIEM-related tasks.
