Job summary

WEC Energy Group, a leading Midwest energy company, seeks an IAM Security Engineer for hybrid work in Milwaukee, Green Bay, or Chicago. You will Install, integrate, and manage IAM solutions, enable lifecycle management, SSO, and PAM/PIM across Windows and UNIX environments.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in cybersecurity with IAM experience and a bachelor's degree in a related field. Strong communication skills and collaboration with IT teams are essential to protect critical assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent cybersecurity experience with certifications considered
• 2+ years in cybersecurity with IAM experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and deploy IAM solutions to support user life-cycle management and SSO/federation
• Experience with Windows and UNIX/Linux, IIS, SSO, database/app servers and authentication products
• Troubleshoot password rotation, onboarding, monitoring, AD/LDAP integrations, SIEM and other integrations
• Manage privileged user accounts on Windows, UNIX, databases, network devices, service accounts and DevOps credentials
• Develop and execute test cases and test plans for IAM solutions
• Create and manage safes, platforms, and ownership records and backups
• Install or upgrade PAM solutions and connectors
• Implement Entra ID services, including Conditional Access, SSO, and MFA
• Develop and enhance Identity and Access Management processes
