Qualifications

• 5+ years of IAM experience.
• Hands-on experience with Okta and Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Experience with multiple IAM platforms and authentication technologies.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand and improve identity and access management workflows across the organization.
• Bridge communication between security, infrastructure, and application teams.
• Manage and support identity platforms including Okta and Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Analyze and document identity lifecycle processes, access controls, and authentication workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve user provisioning, role management, and access governance.
• Ensure seamless integration between IAM platforms, enterprise apps, and cloud services.
• Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and federation issues.
• Support IAM modernization and process optimization initiatives.
