Job summary

Anaplan Inc is seeking a Systems Engineer to support and grow our IAM stack in a hybrid Minneapolis environment. You will own Okta SSO provisioning, RBAC governance, and cross-system integrations while maintaining Microsoft 365 services and Slack Enterprise Grid configurations.

The role demands 3–5+ years in enterprise IAM, PowerShell scripting, and API automation. Collaboration with global stakeholders is essential as you help secure our SaaS platform and improve onboarding/offboarding

Qualifications

3–5+ years in a Systems Engineer, Systems Administrator, or IAM Engineer role supporting enterprise SaaS/cloud environments.
Okta SSO, SCIM provisioning, Okta Workflows, and HRIS integrations (e.g., Workday).
Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft Intune administration.
Slack administration in a corporate environment including user lifecycle management and integrations.
PowerShell scripting and REST APIs for automation (Graph API, Webhooks).
Experience with SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP, DNS.

Responsibilities

Administer and optimize IAM technologies (Okta, SSO, MFA, SAML, OIDC).
Manage Slack Enterprise Grid, apps, and workflows across teams.
Build robust API-driven integrations between M365, Okta, Slack, HRIS, and other SaaS.00Create/run automated JML processes with PowerShell and APIs.
Monitor IT operations and triage incidents; provide Tier 2/3 escalation support.
Create and maintain runbooks, diagrams, and documentation.
