Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Systems Engineer, Systems Administrator, or IAM Engineer roles for enterprise SaaS/cloud environments.
• Okta SSO, SCIM provisioning, Okta Workflows, and HR-system integrations experience.
• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune knowledge.
• Slack administration in a corporate environment with apps and integrations.
• PowerShell scripting and RESTful API usage (JSON, Graph API).
• Understanding of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP, DNS protocols.
• Experience with Jira Service Management or ServiceNow incident queues and escalations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills across global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Okta SSO, MFA, SAML 2.0, and OIDC integrations.
• Manage Slack enterprise grid architecture, access, and app integrations.
• Design and maintain API/script-driven integrations between M365, Okta, Slack, HRIS and SaaS.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and API automation to streamline joiner/mover/leaver processes.
• Monitor ITOM tooling, triage incidents, and create runbooks and docs.
