Job summary

INSPYR Solutions seeks a Manager of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Automation to lead two linked streams within Cybersecurity & IT Governance. You will own the enterprise IAM program and run a centralized automation engineering capability that builds scalable, production-grade automation across security teams.

The role demands a technically deep leader who can architect at scale, engage engineers and executives, and drive fast, compliant outcomes across on-premise and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in IT/cybersecurity or software engineering with leadership.
• Hands-on with enterprise IAM platforms: governance, directory, federation, PAM, SSO.
• Experience leading automation engineering, integration, or DevSecOps functions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end IAM program: vision, roadmap, governance, budget, executive reporting.
• Oversee identity lifecycle and access governance across enterprise systems.
• Lead automation engineering: platform, backlog, sprint cadence, and quality.
• Design and manage cross-tool integrations using REST, GraphQL, and iPaaS.
• Translate manual processes into auditable automation workflows.
• Define SDLC standards for automation code and documentation.
