Job summary

Moss in Tampa, FL, is seeking a Human Resources Field Coordinator to support its utility-scale solar projects. This role partners with field leadership and hourly team members to deliver hands-on HR support on-site and ensure a positive employee experience throughout the project lifecycle.

You will manage onboarding, transfers, and payroll-related timekeeping, while upholding HR policies, records, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, employee relations, payroll, recruiting, or workforce coordination preferred.
• Experience supporting hourly employees, field operations, or a fast-paced workforce environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to apply policies consistently and fairly.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and relationships with employees and leaders at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Bilingual Spanish and/or Creole is a plus.
• Construction, energy, or industrial industry experience is preferred but not required.

Moss, the #1 Solar EPC Contractor in the United States, is seeking a Human Resources Field Coordinator to support our utility-scale solar project. This role serves as a key partner to field leadership and hourly team members, helping ensure a positive employee experience while supporting critical HR and administrative functions on-site.

Schedule:7:00 AM start time to align with field operations.

Work Arrangement: This position will begin with approximately six months of remote work. Following this initial period, the employee will be assigned to an active project based on business needs. Project assignments may be at any available Moss project site and are not limited to a specific geographic location. Candidates must be willing and able to travel or relocate as required by their assigned project.

What You'll Do
