Job summary

SeibertKeck Insurance Partners is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, recruiting, HRIS maintenance, and payroll backup. This full-time hybrid role is based in Fairlawn, OH with occasional travel to OH offices; travel about 1-2 times per month.

You will partner with HR leadership to promote employee relations, compliance, and a positive employee experience while contributing to university recruiting and internship programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of progressive Human Resources experience in a Generalist role.
• Experience supporting onboarding, recruitment, timekeeping, and HR administration.
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS and data maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting and internship program administration.
• Assist with onboarding and new employee orientations.
• Maintain HRIS data and payroll backups.
• Assist with timekeeping, attendance tracking, and leave administration.
• Support compliance and policy communications.
• Provide HR guidance to employees and managers.
