Job summary

Privia Health is seeking a full-time HR Generalist to provide hands-on HR support across Care Centers in a hybrid arrangement. You will handle onboarding, benefits, HRIS data, and employee relations, working with a dedicated team to ensure policy adherence and a positive employee experience.

The role requires strong problem-solving, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple centers with on-site presence two days a week in Houston. Travel as needed may occur.

Qualifications

• Interpret and apply HR policies and procedures across Care Centers.
• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and leaders.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, leaves, and HR data administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to Care Center leaders and employees regarding policies, benefits, attendance, PTO, and routine HR processes.
• Interpret policies; identify exceptions, complaints, compliance concerns, or high-risk matters for review.
• Assist managers with performance coaching, attendance tracking, and documentation.
