Job summary

Privia Health, a technology-driven physician enablement company, seeks an experienced HR professional to support Care Centers across the employee lifecycle. The role handles policy interpretation, onboarding and offboarding, HRIS data, benefits support, leaves, documentation, reporting, and routine performance guidance.

The position requires strong critical-thinking, organizational and problem-solving skills to balance competing priorities, travel to Care Centers as needed, and a minimum two

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• 5+ years progressive HR experience required.
• Experience supporting multiple Care Centers and healthcare facilities.
• Experience with onboarding/offboarding, HRIS, benefits, leaves, reporting, and performance support.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
• Ability to travel to Care Centers as needed.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to Care Center leaders and employees regarding policies, procedures, benefits, attendance, PTO, and routine HR processes.
• Interpret and explain HR policies; identify exceptions, complaints, compliance concerns requiring Director review.
• Assist managers with routine performance coaching, attendance tracking, and corrective-action processes.
• Document employee concerns and promptly address harassment, discrimination, or other sensitive matters.
• Coordinate onboarding, changes, transfers, and offboarding; conduct exit interviews and identify trends.
• Maintain HRIS and employee records; conduct data audits and generate HR reports.
• Coordinate health benefits, Open Enrollment, and broker/vendor coordination across centers.
• Respond to benefit questions and resolve routine eligibility or plan interpretation matters.
• Plan health fairs, wellness programs, and recognition events; support HR projects and vendor Liaison.
• Prepare and process HR reports for the HR Director; travel to Care Centers as needed.
