Job summary

Perrigo is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to partner with the Oral Care Division across employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, onboarding and engagement at the Kentwood, Michigan facility.

This role supports compliance, learning initiatives, workforce planning and employee development, collaborating with managers to foster an inclusive, high-performing culture in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and HR compliance.
• Experience in manufacturing, operations, or regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for employee and manager HR inquiries.
• Provide guidance on workplace policies, procedures, and conflict resolution.
• Conduct investigations related to employee relations matters and recommend actions.
• Support recruitment activities and timely hiring.
• Coordinate and facilitate onboarding activities for new employees.
• Assist with annual performance management processes and goal-setting.
• Coach managers on performance conversations and development plans.
• Maintain employee records in HRIS and ensure data accuracy.
