Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/IT/Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical training, field implementation, technical support, or systems administration within enterprise data center environments.
• Strong background in server technologies, Linux-based systems, and data center infrastructure.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse technical audiences.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, engaging technical training in classroom, virtual classroom, and event-based environments.
• Design, develop, and maintain technical training content, including instructor-led and self-paced learning solutions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, and learning professionals to create effective learning experiences.
• Continuously build expertise in new and emerging technologies and support readiness for new course launches.
• Maintain HPC training lab environments, including hardware and software installation, upgrades, troubleshooting, reconfiguration, and general administration.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements to learning content and delivery methods.
• Represent Technical Training Services as a trusted technical expert and instructor.
