Compensation

$70,000–$100,000+ Annual Earning Potential

• Higher Rate From Hour One – When you qualify for a higher performance tier, the increased incentive rate applies to ALL sold labor hours during that pay period, starting with hour one, not just the hours above the threshold.
• Quality Matters – Accuracy, workmanship, and completing repairs correctly the first time are essential to our incentive program.
• Certification Incentives – Additional opportunities to increase earnings through professional certifications and continued training.
