Job summary

Foxglove Communications in Chicago is seeking a sharp, hospitality-obsessed Account Coordinator to join our growing team. You'll work with a tight-knit group on an acclaimed national roster of hospitality clients, shaping strategy and storytelling across media.

This hybrid role requires on-site presence at client meetings, media appointments, and events. You will draft materials, organize media lists, and support partnerships while building strong client relationships in a fast-paced agency

Qualifications

• 1–2 years PR agency experience or internship in a related field
• Experience with Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Docs, Slides), MuckRack, Asana
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn are a plus
• Passion for hospitality and travel
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication
• Able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Willingness to travel and occasional night/weekend hours

Responsibilities

• Draft press kit materials, client bios, website copy and pitches
• Draft call agendas, notes, account reports and press clips
• Research local media outlets and lifestyle publications
• Monitor client press and industry trends
• Develop and maintain media lists
• Coordinate product shipments and event logistics
• Draft invitations and run-of-show materials for events
• Support day-to-day office duties and social media content
