GFT is seeking a Highway Project Manager to join our Eastern PA Highway Team. This hybrid role can be based in Audubon, Philadelphia, or Allentown, PA, and focuses on delivering highway projects in alignment with DOT policies and client needs.

The successful candidate will oversee design tasks, prepare contract documents, build client relationships, and mentor engineers while contributing to multi‑discipline teams. PA PE and a Civil Engineering degree are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license registered in Pennsylvania is required.
• Prior experience with Pennsylvania DOT and/or Pennsylvania Turnpike projects is preferred.
• MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) proficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate organization.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee highway design tasks from preliminary to final design.
• Oversee development of construction contract documents including plans, specs, and cost estimates.
• Establish relationships with client project managers.
• Work in a multi-discipline team to meet scope, schedule and budget.
• Mentor highway engineers in transportation construction plans.
