Stand Out Home Care is seeking a Floater Home Health Aide (HHA) & Office Administration Assistant in a hybrid role in New Jersey. The position combines direct client support with office responsibilities and requires the HHA certification and a valid driver’s license.

The ideal candidate is reliable, compassionate, and able to switch between client care and administrative duties while maintaining accurate documentation and strong communication with the team.

Formación

• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred for client interactions.
• Strong time-management and organizational abilities.
• Clear communication with clients, families and supervisors.
• Ability to balance home health aide duties with office tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Provide HHA services and assistance to clients as assigned.
• Provide coverage when regular HHA staff are unavailable.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living as trained.
• Maintain a professional, respectful and compassionate approach with clients and families.
• Communicate client needs or concerns to the supervisor.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Assist with general office tasks, scheduling and records management.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries and support daily administrative needs.
• Support the office team and transition between client-care and administrative duties.
