Responsibilities

• Perform helpdesk support duties and manage Service Now and JIRA ticket maintenance.
• Oversee logistical readiness of training sites and enhance training materials.
• Deliver training programs and administer post-training surveys.
• Coordinate the development of tailored training modules for departments.
