Qualifications

• Local candidates from Western Washington are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed bids for earthwork and civil/site packages.
• Analyze project plans and specifications for accurate estimates.
• Build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Review and negotiate subcontract agreements.
• Work closely with project management to ensure accurate estimates.

Skills

Estimating experience in heavy civil construction

Proficiency with estimating software

Understanding of Washington State construction practices

Strong attention to detail
