Qualifications

• Pursuing a master's degree or PhD in data science or a related quantitative field.
• At least 1 year of hands-on data science or analytics experience.
• Working knowledge of Python or R, statistics, and data preparation.
• Experience with regression, clustering, ML, or NLP methods.
• Ability to explain technical work clearly and collaborate across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate predictive, ML, NLP, or generative AI solutions for healthcare/business challenges.
• Translate large datasets into insights to improve outcomes and operations.
• Partner with data scientists, engineers, and clinicians to define problems and scale solutions.
• Build reproducible data pipelines, models, and visualizations using Python, R, SQL, Spark.
• Communicate findings to both technical and nontechnical audiences, including leadership.
• Apply responsible AI practices, document methods, and monitor data quality and model fairness.
