Qualifications

• Pursuing a master's degree or PhD in data science or a quantitative field.
• At least 1 year of hands-on data science experience gained through coursework, research, internships, or projects.
• Proficiency in Python or R and experience with data preparation and interpretation.
• Experience with regression, ML, NLP, or related analytics methods.
• Strong communication and collaboration across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate predictive, ML, NLP, or generative AI solutions for healthcare and business challenges.
• Translate large datasets into insights to improve outcomes and operations.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and clinical stakeholders to define problems and scale solutions.
• Build reproducible data pipelines, models, and visualizations using Python, R, SQL, Spark, or related tools.
• Communicate findings and tradeoffs to technical and nontechnical audiences.
