Job summary

Cambia Health in Boise area is seeking Compliance Analyst I–III for a hybrid role, with three days in the office. You will design, implement and monitor a robust compliance program to prevent violations, conduct risk assessments, training, monitoring, audits and investigations across the organization.

Qualifications vary by level and include a bachelor’s degree and 3–8 years of compliance experience; strong communication and analytics skills are essential, plus project management and familiarity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of compliance experience for level I.
• 5 years of compliance experience for level II.
• 8 years of compliance experience for level III.
• Experience in a health care or Medicare-regulated environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, deliver, measure and refine activities and controls for the compliance program.
• Perform risk assessments, training, monitoring, auditing and investigations.
• Coordinate external audits and reporting, and manage corrective actions.
• Develop policies and desk manuals; work with cross-functional teams in divisional committees.
• Participate in risk assessment, project management and regular meetings.
