• 3+ years of experience in healthcare analytics.
• Strong Power BI, SQL, DAX, and advanced Excel skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, Healthcare Analytics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets from healthcare, billing, scheduling, financial, and operational systems to identify trends and opportunities.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, data models, and performance metrics using Power BI, SQL, Excel, and DAX.
• Partner with leadership to define reporting needs, prioritize analytics initiatives, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Support process improvement efforts by leveraging analytics, automation, and business intelligence solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and provide training on reports and dashboards.
