• Lead a strategic internship initiative evaluating clinical and financial outcomes of a drug utilization review program.
• Extract, analyze, and interpret healthcare data; translate findings into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Clinical Programs, Analytics and cross-functional teams to assess program effectiveness.
• Develop and execute a research project with defined objectives and methodology.
• Create a research abstract and poster for submission to the Pharmacy Quality Alliance (PQA) Annual Meeting.
